TERM AND CONDITION

To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to a damaged or fake product, you must provide an unboxing video that meets the following criteria:

  • Continuous Recording: The video must be recorded in a single, continuous take without any edits or cuts.
  • Clear Visibility: All sides of the package must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Package Inspection: The sides of the package must be adequately stretched and expanded within the frame to ensure a thorough inspection.
  • Label Visibility: The product label must be clearly visible in the video.

Refund or Replacement Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: If you receive a damaged or fake product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the package.
  2. Provide Unboxing Video: Submit the unboxing video as evidence of the product’s condition.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review the video to verify the damage or counterfeit nature of the product.
  4. Resolution: If the video confirms the issue, we will process a refund or replacement as per our return policy.

Additional Notes:

    • The unboxing video should be recorded in a well-lit environment to ensure clarity.
    • The video should be uploaded to a secure platform and a link provided to our customer support team.
